For orders placed by 11 am local Irish time, we ship out that same day. If based in Ireland, your package will be with you by the next working day.
Unfortunately since Brexit we can no longer deliver to the United Kingdom.
Deliveries to Northern Ireland are not affected by this and will continue as normal.
For all other destinations you can expect your parcel within 3 - 7 working days.
Please note, for orders placed after 11am local Irish time, the delivery may take 1 - 2 working days more.
Please note that all packages are handled by a carrier company and we have little control once a package has been shipped. While the delivery times listed above are generally quite accurate, please keep in mind that they are only estimations and YSYS is not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier company, especially during high-volume periods.

TAXES AND DUTIES
Please note that import taxes and duties may be charged on international orders. In case any such charges are required for your package to clear customs, they are your responsibility. The respective charges may vary depending on each country and the value of your order. With this in mind, we suggest that you contact your local customs office as they can better advise on any such additional import costs that may be incurred. In case that you refuse to pay any additional fees, your package will be returned to us and you will be refunded the cost of your order less any extra shipping charges incurred by us from the carrier.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been dispatched we will promptly issue you with an email showing your tracking number and simple instructions on how to track your package.
In the unlikely event that your order has not arrived within the period specified above, please email us at email@example.com specifying your tracking and order number. Our team will be happy to help and will respond to you within 1 working day.
